Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use aiquickwins.co, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. AI Quick Wins is a service of Design 2 Ltd. (“we”, “us”), and we are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Who we are
- Controller: Design 2 Ltd.
- Company number: 07587634
- Registered address: 44–54 Orsett Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 5ED
- Contact: privacy@aiquickwins.co
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run the site:
- Details you give us. When you submit the time-audit booking form, we collect your name, work email, business name (optional), and the description of your biggest time-sink (optional).
- Information collected automatically. With your consent, we collect usage data through analytics and advertising cookies — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is covered in detail in our Cookie Policy.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server and security logs (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, any special category data.
How we use it and our legal bases
| What | Why | Legal basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Booking form details | To reply to your enquiry and arrange your time audit | Legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract |
| Analytics cookies | To understand how the site is used and improve it | Consent |
| Advertising cookies | To show relevant ads to people who’ve visited | Consent |
| Server & security logs | To keep the site available and secure | Legitimate interests |
You can withdraw consent for cookies at any time — see Manage your cookies. We never use your form details for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, each acting under their own terms:
- Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to us by email.
- Google Analytics — measures site usage (only with your consent).
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — supports advertising and remarketing (only with your consent).
- Cloudflare — hosts and protects the site.
We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep booking enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete them. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the providers’ own retention settings. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it or it expires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate;
- ask us to delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- request a copy of the data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@aiquickwins.co. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site and work only with reputable providers, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This site and service are intended for businesses, not for children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of the page.
